Today under the watchful eyes of founder Robert Salsano our purpose is for sustainable future and ensuring we leave positive footprint on our community.
Management Team
Robert Salsano is a founder of Citycon Group, role has been to integrate the management of both financial and project administration systems, this has been to achieve by adopting and training all staff in the latest forecasting and financial reporting systems available along with latest quality control and WHS systems.
Robert’s 15 Years’ experience ensures he is able to ensure all Citycon Group’s stakeholders, investors and clients are kept in the picture with regards to Citycon Group’s projects.

Citycon Group expertise lies in the combined experience of our core management team and the ability to pre-plan, design and finally construct the building through the use of our experienced in house consultants.
Citycon Group has the ability to design buildings building from conception and seek council approval or to take it from an approved concept and offer the full design and construct package from an architectural design through to full BCA compliance and followed by services design and final construction documentation.
Citycon Group specialises in the design and construction buildings, and is dedicated to undertaking and delivering products of the highest quality and performance.
Work Health & Safety Policy
Citycon Group company policy is to provide safe working conditions for all stakeholders (employees,subcontractors, suppliers, clients, unions) throughout its operations.
We will do this by recognising our legal responsibility to employees, contractors, clients and visitors to work sites. All of our policies can be found on our WH&S system disk, a copy of which can be provided if required.
